About the role, Keynotes:

  • Profile – Virtual Assistant
  • Location – South Africa, serving USA clients – Work from home
  • Work hours – Mon to Fri (EST, PST or CST) depending on the location of the client

Essential functions/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain executive’s appointments/calendar
  • Email management and organization
  • Prepare presentations and/or spreadsheets
  • Social Media management
  • Create structure, workflow and processes
  • Research technologies and make recommendations
  • CRM administration: updates and data entry
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Project Assistance/Coordination

  • Laptop with 8gb ram(windows) or 3gb ram(mac), Minimum I3 8th gen processor @ 2.4Ghz, minimum 256mb internal GPU
  • Good camera and Headset

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for various internet marketing activities, including organic search campaign development, search engine optimization, on-page optimization, and performance analysis and reporting. You must possess exceptional hands-on technical SEO knowledge, as well as client communication skills. SEO Specialists must have superior analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills as they will be expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute strategies to improve the organic rankings and search traffic
  • On-site optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO Copy Editing, sitemaps review/maintenance
  • Keyword research to identify and discover new targeting keywords and explore content strategy
  • Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize SEO campaigns as necessary
  • Manage & report SEO performance and optimization efforts on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis
  • Work with a team to develop and execute site migration, content, and redirect strategies for large and complex websites
  • Keep abreast of the latest SEO tools and techniques and communicate learnings to non-SEO experts in a mentoring role
  • Skilled in competitive analysis and identifying strategies to facilitate our clients in reaching the top of their industry
  • Collaborate with different teams, such as website management, web analytics, business intelligence, content, UI design, branding/PR and engineering team on execution of projects
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations on the structure of websites and web pages
  • Website maintenance for existing and new clients
  • Website edits on existing client websites if needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of SEO experience and an eagerness to learn
  • Excellent time management and communication skills required
  • Tactical/Technical implementation experience in working with multiple complicated sites and migration of sites
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console tools
  • Experience working with technical SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog etc
  • Experience setting up, optimizing, and creating internal site search strategy
  • Basic understanding of HTML, Javascript, JQuery and CSS
  • Experience creating strategy or resolving SEO issues in a JavaScript a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or other related field preferred but not required

What You’ll Do

  • Track projects through agency from planning to implementation and execution stages
  • Support adherence to project timelines by working with the team to meet milestone dates for project completion by their deadlines
  • Update timelines, resource plans, and status documents for agency and client as needed
  • Perform administrative oversight of projects via financial and project management systems
  • Monitor and route jobs through digital workflow system to ensure that they stay on task and on time
  • Maintain and archive clean historical record of project workflow
  • Schedule and assist team members in facilitating internal status updates
  • Keep teams informed of all project status and next steps via daily status documents and planned or ad-hoc communications
  • Advocate and champion agency processes
  • Develop strong and positive working relationships with team members and project stakeholders, while maintaining adherence to objectives, process, and timelines

We seek a seasoned and dynamic Pay Per Click expert who will be accountable for channel strategy and day-to-day management of client campaigns within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. This position will be responsible for the overall portfolio performance and will aid in integrating Pay-Per-Click data into other services across the account team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day optimization and monitoring of assigned accounts, focusing on direct response and performance.
  • Ongoing recommendations for campaign growth, enhancement, and innovations
  • Responsible for implementing client PPC strategy and identifying tactics necessary for adequately managing campaigns.
  • Managing client relationships by balancing their day-to-day needs and their long-term objectives
  • Compilation of performance results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis with qualitative analysis for client presentations
  • Remaining on top of the search industry
  • Establishing priorities and providing detailed goals, expectations, and performance standards
  • Responsible for remaining within the monthly budget for each client.
  • Relates essential decisions and actions to the big picture.

  • Presentation skills are a must.
  • Tracks, analyses, and reports on performance against client business objectives and KPIs.

Our Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in pay-per-click advertising.
  • Experience and applicable certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager. It would be great if you have experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, but not necessary.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Independent – create your work schedule, be accountable and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in display and other social platforms is a plus.
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills, particularly in the use of formulas
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to sort through data and solve challenges.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous agency experience is a plus.
